First Store Openings Anticipated for Spring 2019

With approval for two development permits, Trinity is moving forward to start construction.
One approval is for the south portion of the Town Centre and the second is for the east half of the Entertainment Gateway. 
The Town Centre is the development area closest to Sarcee Trail and will include main street retail. Behind the main street, Calgarians will be able to shop at larger retail stores, including Save-On- Foods, bringing much needed grocery shopping options to the community and those around.
Construction for the Entertainment Gateway, near Canada Olympic Park will include a pedestrian oriented shopping street with restaurants and retail, anchored by both Good Life Fitness and the outdoor lifestyle store MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op).

The TransCanada Highway (TCH) – Sarcee Trail Interchange project is open and operational. However, The City continues with the rehabilitation of the existing TCH overpass structure. Temporary construction traffic conditions will be in place over the bridge and approaches until the project’s completion in the fall of 2018. Trinity plans to have access to the Medicine Hill community open to the public by late 2018.
